Raptor Technologies Visitor Management System

Albany Area Schools uses a state of the art visitor management system,
Raptor Technologies, to more effectively check visitors, making sure they do
not pose a threat to students and staff.

Key system features:

  • Picture ID Schools require that visitors have a valid form of ID that includes a photograph to verify their identity.
  • Screening Software A person’s identity having been verified, the ID is scanned into visitor management software that conducts an instant screening against an updated national sex offender registry.
  • Visitor Badges Each approved visitor is issued a badge featuring the visitor’s photo, the date and time, and the approved destination.
