Encompassing a wide range of buildings and facilities, our schools are one of the district's greatest assets. Allowing groups and organizations to use school buildings and facilities is an important part of using our district's resources to the fullest extent.
We have three buildings available for public use: Albany Area Middle School & High School, Albany Elementary School, and Avon Elementary School. We have gymnasiums available at all locations as well as a variety of other spaces including, classrooms, commons areas, media centers, conference rooms, a three-court community center, and an 800-seat theatre. We also have a swimming pool at Albany Area Middle School & High School.

NOTE: At this time our Facility Rentals are limited to Non-profit youth groups that reside within our district.
