Adaptive Bowling

Adaptive Bowling is sponsored through the Minnesota High School State League. Students can compete in three qualifying categories: Cognitively Impaired (CI); Physically Impaired (PI); and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Students can compete in singles, doubles, or team events. Students practice and compete at their local bowling alleys and/or may travel to other towns to compete against other teams. Students have a qualifying competition to determine if they are eligible to compete at the state tournament.
Practices begin at the beginning of March. Competitions are held from the middle of March through the middle of May with the State Tournament being held in the middle of May.

AGES/GRADE - Students who qualify can begin competing in Grade 7.  They can compete for a total of six seasons.
